If a problem arises during your journey, please inform us immediately. Complaining at the time of the problem will yield the best results.
Should the situation not be resolved you should inform us in writing as soon as possible after the journey and within 28 days. Complaints can only be considered if presented in writing to the agency up to a maximum of 28 days after the end of the service supplied. We will duly investigate the source of grievance and reply at the earliest opportunity. All proceedings and disputes are dealt with under Portuguese law and jurisdiction.
Off Course Travels is an acting agent for restaurants, hotels and transportation companies. As such, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any injury, loss, damage or delay arising out of, or in connection with any act, omission, neglect, accident, error or default of any such persons providing these services. Off Course Travels cannot also be considered responsible for any alteration of the itinerary, if such alterations become advisable or necessary for the safety and/or well being of the passenger(s). Off Course Travels cannot be accountable for costs or other liabilities associated with any act of terrorism, war, accident, weather or any act of God. Off Course Travels reserves the right to refuse, accept or retain any person as a member of the group. If offered facilities or services become unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute comparable facilities or services as available.
